The Process
From conversation to creation
Step 01
The Brief
We start with a conversation — by WhatsApp, email, or in person. You share your vision: the purpose of the blade, materials you love, references that inspire you, and any personal meaning you want embedded in the piece. No idea is too ambitious.
Step 02
Design & Approval
Our master knifemaker translates your brief into a detailed design sketch with material specifications, dimensions, and finish options. We refine together until every detail is exactly right — before a single gram of steel is touched.
Step 03
The Forge
Steel meets fire. Each blade is hand-forged, ground, heat-treated, and finished by a single artisan from start to finish. The handle is shaped, fitted, and polished. Engravings are applied by hand. The sheath or case is crafted to match. Then — and only then — it is yours.

Total lead time: 8–14 weeks depending on complexity. Rush commissions available upon request.
